Please arrive at your allocated appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.

Please bring ID to your appointment as I require you to be 18 and above. Failure to provide this if asked will result in your appointment being cancelled.

All treatments can be paid cash or card, however if paying in cash, it needs to be the correct amount.

Any medication or medical conditions must be disclosed to Sophie before your appointment goes ahead.

Booking fees are non-refundable and are transferable only.
